PLANNING EXECUTION
  • 3 months prior to wedding -  We'll email you 2 questionnaires - Wedding Day Schedule - Cinematographers Dossier (all need to know wedding day info) and an Editing Questionnaire to express editing feedback before the wedding. - If you have a planner or coordinator executing a run of show we will skip this step
  • 2 months prior to wedding -Your consultant will email to set up a time to go over the details of your questionnaires and confirm the logistics you've provided.
  • 1 month prior to wedding - Your consultant will send you a confirmation of the details again by email, make changes if/when needed.
  • Week of the wedding - Your lead cinematographer will contact you to introduce themselves and again reconfirm details and help make any last-minute changes if needed.
  • Post Wedding- Expedited Delivery Schedule
  • Proof of insurance (COI) may be furnished upon request if venue requires one. (Regardless if your venue needs proof, NST Pictures is insured for all events for 1-million-dollar commercial general liability policy.
